Basic Wi-Fi is complimentary for all of our valued guests. Please select ‘FAIRMONT’ in the options. If you are not an ALL member, please leave your name and room number blank and use passcode access. Password is Empress1908

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE
Housekeeping will be servicing your room daily, however should you prefer not to receive this service please contact Royal Service by dialing “0”. Please note this service is available from 8:00am-5:00pm.

In our effort to cut down on plastic usage, we do not place water bottles in guest rooms. The water from the tap is potable and safe to drink. However if you may require water bottles, they are available upon request on a complementary basis.

Dry cleaning is picked up daily at 8:00am and will be returned the same day by 4:00pm. This service is not available Sundays and Statutory Holidays.

HEALTH CLUB & SPA

  • Our Fitness Center is open 24 hours a day (Locker room and sauna closed for annual maintenance)
  • Our Pool is open from 5:00am – 11:00pm (temporarily closed for annual maintenance)
  • Fairmont Spa is open daily from 9:30am – 6:00pm  Sunday to Thursday & 9:30am – 7:00pm Friday to Saturday (closed January 12-15th)

PET POLICY
• Pets are not permitted in the Health Club, Pool Deck, or Restaurant, with the exception of Registered Service Dogs
• Any damages caused to furnishings or carpet will result in damage fees. Fees will be based upon repair costs and start at $50
• Unattended pets placed into the care of a Pet Sitting Service will be charged a rate of $40 per hour.

DEPARTURE
Checkout is available via email ([email protected]), text message (+1 604 239 9017), telephone (dial ‘0’ from your guest room) or television (via ‘account review’ on the welcome channel).

SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Fairmont Empress’ top priority is the safety, security, health and wellbeing of our guests, employees and local British Columbians.

We kindly ask that you have your room key visible when entering the front door. This will identify you as a registered guest and will help you avoid delays. For the safety and security of our guests and colleagues, the front doors will remain locked between 12:00am – 5:00am; there will be a doorbell for re-entry during these hours.
