With over two decades of culinary experience, Chef Chung inspires the to transform holiday classics into innovative confections including a signature tea-infused Empress Yule log. Guests can delight in the hotel’s exclusive, specially crafted dark and milk chocolates. The season is made even more memorable with a spectacular gingerbread village, lovingly brought to life by the pastry team who dedicate more than 100 hours to bring the festive display to life.
